We use USPS for shipping to all countries at selectable flat rates. No extra cost will be incurred for multiple items. Any purchase of 4 items or more within the US automatically requires Priority shipping. We do include tracking and proof of shipment date via PayPal once your order has shipped. Tracking is not available outside the US. Sorry :(

Our products normally ship within 24-48 hours of your order date excluding special orders. However please allow up to 3-5 business days for shipping and processing in case of high volumes. (excluding weekends and holidays)

• US: 2-10 days Standard (depending on location), 2-3 days Priority
• Canada: 1-2 weeks
• All other Countries: 2-3 weeks

Packages may arrive sooner than expected.

SPECIAL ORDERS: Certain items such as sized rings may take up to 10-12 processing business days before shipping. If you have already placed another order in the store, your separate ring order will be added to your current & shipped together once ready in 10-12 days. If you would like them shipped separately it will be treated as a new order & regular shipping costs will be incurred for both packages. Please make sure to order both items on the same day if being shipped together.

GOLD PLATED JEWELRY

Gold-plated jewelry is created using an electro-chemical process that places a layer of Gold on copper, brass, or some other base metal.  The thickness of the Gold used in plating usually determines the price of the piece. It's a good quality thin layer of gold applied to the metal jewelry.

It is NOT real gold it requires special care to make it last longer:

How long will it last?

Depends on how often the item is worn and how thick the plating is.  Most of our Gold-Plated Chains are heavy Gold-plated. Gold-plated jewelry is much less expensive than Gold-filled; however, the Gold color will eventually wear off as it comes into contact with the wearer's skin salts or pollutants in the air.

How to take care of your jewelry pieces?

Frequent cleaning is recommended to maintain its beauty.  Wipe your jewelry carefully with a soft cloth to keep it clean and free of elements which oxidize.  We recommend the use of a polishing cloth.

Never Broken is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and there are no refunds or exchanges, however our first priority is having satisfied customers, therefore if there is a major concern please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item.
